Macy's, known as the Great American Department Store, has been a retail staple since 1858. The Rogue Valley Mall location is praised for its clean environment and helpful staff, making shopping a pleasant experience. Customers appreciate the wide selection of top fashion brands, housewares, gifts, and furniture. Many find the prices to be very good, especially during sales. Although some merchandise can be a bit disorganized, the overall shopping experience is enhanced by friendly and knowledgeable employees, particularly at the fragrance counter. One customer even had a positive experience with a return, highlighting the store's accommodating policies. Whether shopping for clothes or gifts, Macy's offers tons of options for all tastes and needs.

Excellent store, but return ladies need to at least smile since they don't speak.

I love Macy's, it's my favorite store. They're always having a good sale going on & they have a huge selection of everything. I do wish, they would stay open a bit later tho.
