“Excellent place for mainly women's clothing at good prices. Lots of selection. They now have a fairly large section of "As seen on TV" home items. But I go there mainly for women's clothes. ?. They also have a men's clothing section with plenty of casual and business shirts, casual pants, good-looking slacks, and so on. Brands include Haggar and Van Heusen. Ties, casual jackets, There's also a big & tall men's section.”
“I want to give a very personal and heartfelt thank you to the Greenville Mr. Knickerbocker. My older brother was admitted to the ICU and rapidly declined. My mom wanted a pair of Clemson socks to replace the yellow, non-slip socks from the hospital. Knowing our time was limited and without family help, neither of us were able to leave the hospital to get any in time or find someone to help. I called this location and asked if there was any way I could buy a pair and pay whatever was needed to have it delivered to the hospital. Shortly after, I received a text from someone arranging to bring them. When I met her outside, I learned she was the owner. She picked up a pair on her way and delivered them to me free of charge, and also took the time to pray for my family. Summer, thank you so much. Although my brother passed, I am very thankful we had some comfort from being able to make him comfortable and sport his favorite team. I’ve always been a big fan, but even bigger now ❤️”

Shortly after my husband passed away, we went and she said, pick out some things, which of course I did, and she purchased them for me! I’m coming down again soon. “My cashier Sirr was very kind during my purchase, seemed enthusiastic to get my shoes from the back, made sure I knew my shoes were never tried on and never opened (which i’ve never had someone do), was sweet and friendly during checkout making sure i had my rewards account, got correct change and even provided friendly and personable conversation doing so. There was another taller associate(unsure of his name) who greeted me when i walked in, brought a great vibe to the store even while he was placing shoes on the shelf, was very friendly when i needed help and was offering help to others charismatically whilst they were shopping as well. Those two associates made it a pleasant experience to shop there even during busy tax free weekend, and I was out of there quickly with exactly what i needed and what felt like a breath of fresh air with their attentiveness and very apparent hospitality.”

“The manager of this store (Gina) is the most incredible retail professional I have ever met. She has helped me shop for years at this store. Her customer service is other level, and she keeps her merchandise perfectly organized and appealing at all times, even with a ton of foot traffic and tiny items in full stock ceiling to floor. I’m not sure how she does it: she always knows where every item is (even the tiny ones); has the best recommendations; and can immediately build rapport with any customer that walks through the door (any gender or demographic or shopping motive). She is a pleasure to be around and especially to shop with, even if you were not in the mood to shop but need a gift or something for an event. I cannot say enough good things about shopping in this store with Gina. Go do it, even if you aren’t in the mood. You will leave with a smile and retail treasures! That is a guarantee.”
