“I called first and they were very helpful. They are a small store, but personable. The main oriduct i was needing (Canola oil) was $2 a gallon cheaper than Walmart.”
“First time in here and I feel like a local. The staff is friendly, the homemade items look delicious and the whole vibe is a small town grocer that makes you want to come back. Their deli is awesome - the grilled chicken sandwich was a good choice!”

“I absolutely love DG!!! Dollar General is my new Walmart...But that depends on which one you go to. The one on 25 across from the Expo300 is the best the workers there are awesome well the ones in the morning I'm not sure wat they got going on in the evening wit these very young cashier's. They r respectful but very slow, morning time no matter how many people are there I know I can get in and out within 10 min or less depending on wat I get but afternoon I will b n line for at least 15 min and it's only 6 people n front of me. But all n all I give them 5 stars.”
“I love doing all my grocery shopping at Food Lion. The stores are always neat and clean including the bathrooms should you need to use them. The aisle are spacious so you need not worry about being cramped up while shopping. Their produce section is full of a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. I love the service I receive at the bakery-deli and they have a good variety of fresh baked goods and freshly cooked foods. I recommend Food Lion to everyone.”
“I actually didn't visit this store at this time.. I honestly just drove by it and it must have picked it up because we stopped at the stop sign right there at the building/business.. We were close enough that my phone/maps could have confused it as an actual visit or shopping experience this time.. But I have always pretty much liked the store here and have shopped there many times before... I would not have a problem with shopping here again in the future.. They have always had good decent prices and deals on many items, good sales, and I have had good decent service as far as I remember at this particular location.. Products, food, items, clothes, toys, baby needs, and much, much, more here.. Sometimes this store has an overstock on items at time's, and it gets you some good deals and bundle prices..”
“It always has good deals and in store coupons. I saved 16.00 a couple of weeks ago. I always go there for my needs food medicine drinks cleaning and products for myself and my husband. I also buy my Google play cards there. Just love the store.”

“Most of the reviews for this location are incorrect. They are either the wrong location or the store was not even open at the time of those reviews. The Dollar General Market here in Greenwood South Carolina is a good store. It is at a good location too. Prices are a little high compared to other grocery stores in the area, but they have some items that are hard to find at other places. Also, they have a dollar section. I would recommend for those on the south side of town to try it out for themselves.”

“This store is by far one of the best Dollar General stores around. I've shopped here twice. The store looks worn down on the outside and could use pressure washing; however, the parking lot is always clean and the trash is picked up. As seen in my picture, the shelves are for the most part organized and straightened up. The boxes to be unpacked are kept to a minimum and are pushed to one side so that you can push your shopping cart down them. Oscar checked me out and was friendly and patient when I had to run back and exchange something. I will shop at this store before I shop at any other in Greenwood. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my shopping trip pleasant.”
“Great store with friendly, knowledgeable associates who are genuinely interested in helping customers have the most pleasurable experience possible in a locally-owned supermarket. My favorite cashier even helped me with my Google wallet and taught me how to use Google Pay when I didn't have my physical debit card.”
“Was going to visit my fathers grave and needed some flowers. I usually stop here when I'm in town.On this visit, they were semi-crowded, but this was a Saturday. They have flowers right in the front of the store and instead of the regular ones I get, I opted for poinsettias to put on the grave.They were really cheap, small and cute. The store was jammed packed with goodies. The produce looked really fresh (as I passed by). I opted for self-checkout since I didn't have a lot of stuff. Short and quick trip, but well worth it.”
