“I highly recommend this shop. The owner Mr. Shelby is a kind, generous man. I was referred to this place by a coworker. I drove there to get a possible estimate on my door handle that stopped working. The owner took a look at it and proceeded to fix it at no charge. The dealership wanted to charge me $270 just to "diagnose" the problem. I was blown away at the owners kindness. I know the business can't possibly fix everyone's vehicle issues for free, but this 62 year old lady is very appreciative.”

“Oh my goodness I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. They were very upfront and honest from my first conversation. Got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner, it looked better than before my accident. They worked with my insurance company for me because they could see my own insurance company wasn't doing me right and I was under alot of stress. My father had to go to the hospital due to emergency situation and they went above and beyond to bring my vehicle to me so I didn't have to spend more money to find a ride to pick it up. “Long story short...I went through some crap to get to Fred Andersons Collison center. I landed here as a THIRD attempt to get my car fixed after I hit a raccoon. I was using insurance and the collion centers in town refused to do an estimate, despite it being through insurance. Again, long story short Blaine was assigned to my vehicle and got me in and out with zero hiccups! I forget the woman at the desk name, but she was amazing and communicated throughly every step! Having gotten very opposite service from other places, I was amazed, and very thankful for their customer service and patience! I will definitely come back if needed in the future! Thank you Blaine!!”
