“We have a new 2023 2970rl and the heat stopped working. Brought it to a local shop and at first they said something was out of adjustment and after contacting Dometic they had it running again and because it was considered maintenance I was charged a reasonable amount of money which I thought was fair. A few weeks later it stopped working again and this time they came out to my house and found another issue and towed it back to their shop. They called me a few days later and said there was a part on the way and the warranty covers it. This is by far not a large rv repair shop but overall I was treated fairly and quickly without a 3 hour trip back to the dealer and only had my camper gone for a total of a week. Shout out to Richard's RV in Duncan SC for what I believe is great service.”

“Oh my goodness I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. They were very upfront and honest from my first conversation. Got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner, it looked better than before my accident. They worked with my insurance company for me because they could see my own insurance company wasn't doing me right and I was under alot of stress. My father had to go to the hospital due to emergency situation and they went above and beyond to bring my vehicle to me so I didn't have to spend more money to find a ride to pick it up. And then recommended another amazing place for me to take it to fix some other stuff I was concerned with and that guy was great also.
