My car is all-wheel-drive and he took the time to check the car manual about how many tires required replacement when one tire was harmed in the accident. Turns out, if all 4 aren't replaced together it can damage the drive train. So very grateful to know this! The ladies I met in the office were very nice and helpful. He also met us at a body shop near our house, took car to shop & brought back for us to pickup. Can't tell dent was even there. Him picking up & bringing back car was extremely helpful for us. Highly recommend them & will definitely use them again.”
