“Aaron replaced a starter for me in my 2003 Sequoia. A little over a month later the part failed (Not to his fault) that he installed. He then was able to get a new part for free and after replacing the part again (post hurricane Helene) he was able to get me a refund on half of the labor costs. I'm really thankful for honest people in this line of work. Two things you want from a mechanic are that they do good work and they are honest people. I have found both of those things from this shop.”

“I met the GTM family 9 years ago when I began my search for the perfect (for me) Ferrari F430 Berlinetta and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I'm "almost" a perfectionist when it comes to my cars and they are the ONLY folks I trust my beloved Ferrari to. They know my idiosyncrasies related to my car and they respect them.They care for my car as if it was their own. Each and every member of their team is exceptional. They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They never rush, they don't play 'beat the clock' like so many shops, they are there to provide the very best service, repair and restoration possible, in my opinion. Having a diploma in automobile engineering after spending 4 years across the pond several decades ago I am by nature a very detail oriented person so they always take the time to explain in detail what and why they have done whatever they did and I greatly appreciate and enjoy those experiences because it is a learning experience for me about Ferrari design and engineering.They are all like family to me. “Oh my goodness I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. They were very upfront and honest from my first conversation. Got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner, it looked better than before my accident. They worked with my insurance company for me because they could see my own insurance company wasn't doing me right and I was under alot of stress. My father had to go to the hospital due to emergency situation and they went above and beyond to bring my vehicle to me so I didn't have to spend more money to find a ride to pick it up. And then recommended another amazing place for me to take it to fix some other stuff I was concerned with and that guy was great also.
