“Fair price, but I don't know why they charge extra for an additional driver. Doesn't add any extra liability to the rental company.
It doesn't appear that they inspect returned cars for cleanliness. We had one that was full of ants, and the second one had some trash left in it. I assume that's how they afford to give you a cheaper price..”

“Cici from Avis at GSP literally saved my family vacation. Made a reservation with Budget weeks ago and showed up to pick up the vehicle today and was told by the Budget person there were no vehicles. No offer to help or wait for a while or anything like that. I was told by Customer Service to go to Avis who when I got there told me there was nothing, but Cici made sure to take my number and do her best to get a vehicle that would fit my family. Within 10 minutes I was leaving in the perfect vehicle. Big shout out to the ever so helpful people at the Avis counter at GSP. Budget counter personnel were completely rude and unhelpful.”
