“They have really cheap meats, you have to dig underneath other meats for cheaper ones but the price you cannot beat. Some items on the shelves are out of date so you really have to pay attention to exp dates. Overall great place for meats”

“My first time shopping at Lowes Foods of Greer was a very pleasant experience! Surprising In fact! Going into a store for the first time can be like going to the dentist needing to get in but glad to get out!! Not so this time! The store was large but not overwhelmingly so, clean and well kept! It was Sunday, we were having guests over for dinner and I needed wine, and was unsure as to whether they sold wine on Sundays! I was hurriedly running through the store surprised at how readily I found the items I wanted! The aisles were nicely displayed and were not confusing, getting back to the wines, I saw the beer aisle and was looking for someone who worked there when lo and behold to my amazement, something I had never seen in my life before, there was a bar! Complete with a bartender and four customers, casually talking and sipping on their drinks of choice! Shades of Cheers, I was floored! Oh, and the ambiance! Once I recovered from my shock, I asked the gentleman behind the bar if they sold wine, now that was the strange part, I walked around the area a bit and didn't see the wine, but he told me that me it was over by the produce! That was strange! So I prepared myself to walk back across to the other side of the store! If I wasn't on a mission I would have pulled up a stool and ordered myself a House Wine, sat back, and enjoyed the company! The gentleman tending the bar was very polite and personable as was all the personnel I came in contact with that day! They assisted me with a helpful attitude and a smile! Oh don't let me forget the wine department, it was HUGE! If you are looking for wine for any occasion, you can't go wrong browsing through their wine department, just make sure you have the time! As I was checking out the gentleman who was tending the bar was behind me purchasing an item and he asked if I had found what I was looking for, which I had not, and he told me where it was located, turned out he used to work in the produce area also! Such friendly down-to-earth people are a rarity in the grocery store business these days! In my experience, I engage with the store help if it's only absolutely necessary! Up until that day I thought had seen everything the store shopping experience had to offer, the good, the bad, and the ugly until the day the doors closed behind me at Lowes! Good job Lowes Foods of Greer you will always have a friend in me! ☺️”

“We love the Willow! We come here almost every week because they sell a lot of the quality, healthier foods that you just can't find in grocery stores. The milk, eggs, bread, and jelly are some of the best anywhere in town!”

“Great selection of products fresh and processed. Bulk items are again available in the bins. Prices are reasonable for a typical supermarket although better prices are available at Aldi. Ingles has a wider selection.”

“I've lived in the neighborhood behind the store for almost 10 years now. I often walk here with my daughter to buy her a treat while picking up some needs for our home. A little bit of everything here at this store. They keep it clean and the staff are very friendly and nice to our family. If you are in the area or driving by, stop in for a beverage. Pick up that roll of toilet paper instead of battling Walmart. Prices are fair and I love supporting small business. I am very happy and grateful for having them in our neighborhood and definitely would recommend them to all who live nearby as well as those visiting the area!”

“THE Best Mngr Shiela!! She has good staff & it reflects in her store. The interior/exterior is clean. Shelves neatly stocked, they help you if you can't find something. I've been going to this store for 6yrs!. Great customer service & radio station. I've been to Many other locations & they are dirty, poorly stocked & uninterested in you or their job. The place is Always busy and they only have 1 register and 2 self check out areas.I Never buy my vegetables from them due to after 4 days the veggies start to rot. They do have the cheapest selection of frozen vegetables though and they usually have good prices on their frozen fish too. Ice Cream is only $ 2.79.I do recommend you do not buy your dog / cat food here.”

“I had been shopping alone and decided I wanted Mexican for dinner. However, I didn't want to dine alone. So I walked in to El Mariachi to get a to go order. I was a little hesitant. They couldn't have been nicer. They gave me a menu, a place to sit where it wasn't obvious I was alone, took my order, and in 10 minutes I was out the door! So simple! Plus #10, my choice, was great. I won't hesitate to do that again!”

“This Walmart Neighborhood Market is very well run compared to others I’ve visited. The staff assisting the self-serve checkout is always attentive and helpful and keeps the checkout area clean. The store cleanliness is above average for this type of store. Although years ago I said would “never buy meat at Walmart” the selection of beef, pork, and chicken here has proven to be of high quality, including steaks and roasts, though I prefer the meat counters in other stores for higher grade cuts of meat and for fish. The produce section is ok, but hit and miss on many items, and I rarely buy fresh onions or fruit. It is good for the larger pre-made salads, spinach, etc that come in the clear plastic containers.
Overall, above average for this type of store, but still Walmart.”

“This walmart is one of the better walmarts. The staff is friendly and theres a very nice guy who talks to us when we come in to buy groceries every week named dmarco. He is so sweet. He is a greeter. The store doesn't have as much as other walmarts but what do you expect from greer? It's a small town. It's got good deals and we like the new self checkout lanes. It is so much faster and it makes it so much easier for me to shop. I have tourette's and anxiety and it is convenient to be able to get what I need, pay, and leave without waiting in those long lines”
