“Had to go to landscaper supply to pick a new run flat free tire and wheel while I was talking with Mike in parts and explained to him about a month earlier I had to get some new parts for my scags mower with only 10 hours on it thought it was odd that it wasn't warranted so Mike calls Justin the store mgr. “"Ty" at Site One Landscapes is always very helpful and very knowledgeable of all aspects in the field! They have great products and will take the time to answer questions with the do-it-yourself homeowners that come in, myself included! Ty had given me a program to follow to keep up with my lawn maintenance schedule throughout the year and has been very easy to follow. The reason I went this route is because I got tired of getting poor service with the commercial companies that offer you their schedule and have poor results and no technical support. Thank you to Ty and staff at Site One!!!”

“My wife and I went to Lowes in Greer because we needed to replace the washer and drier and outdoor grill at our Lake house in Anderson County. We were not sure what we wanted when an employee asked if he could help. His name is Stephen Jaworski. We had many questions about the different brands of washers and dryers and he was very knowledgeable about each one. He wrote up the whole order and set up the delivery that we requested. The next morning we realized that the grill we had selected was too small. I met Stephen that morning and had no problems in deleting the original grill and replacing it with the one that better served our needs. Roy S.”

“Went to look at grills. Ron helped us with that, and boy, he can sell you on those Traeger grills! He did tell us what to get and what not to get from his own experience. He was so helpful. And he knew other things we needed and locations for those, was willing to walk to show us. Very informative and helpful. Also, Rebecca, head cashier, was very helpful too. Went out of her way to help with a transaction that caused grief several times. Kudos to her for staying at it and being friendly!”
