“Starting this off by saying this shop has had the MOST patience with me and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I needed some Lexani center caps and I thought I knew which ones I needed so I ordered them. Turns out I thought wrong. They were so helpful in helping me return and reorder the ones I thought were correct. Turns out I was wrong yet again. This last time one of the gentlemen had me send a picture and was able to tell me which ones I needed in seconds. Shortly after, I received them in the mail. “Beyond amazing customer service! I am 8 months pregnant and not from the Charleston area. My car broke down yesterday and they originally mentioned it would be a few days until they could get to it. Long story short, they squeezed my car in and got it fixed same day so I didn’t have to tow it or rent a car to get back home. Highly recommend these guys!! “I've been coming here for years anytime I have any kind of issue with my tires. They are always very nice to me, and they never try to take advantage. If it's possible to patch it, they'll patch it. They won't talk me into something I don't need. They charge very reasonable prices for all of their services and are really the only reason this single mom has been able to keep her cars roadworthy. Bonus is that the wait time is usually low too, in and out. Best place in town. Thanks guys.”

Had towed the car to the local Hyundai dealer who promised immediate service but did mother for a day and half. Called A+ and within a day was back in the road. “I live a couple blocks away. Today my tire had no air in it and as I drove from my driveway, it came off the rim and was a mess. I was hesitant to come here because the business that was here before messed up my vehicle and then closed.
I figured they could not mess this up. All I need is a tire on a rim. I put it on my bike and rode over there.
Everyone was smiling as greeted me as I walked in. I told them what I needed and they asked if I wanted new or used. That was nice. They weren’t pushing new, but I wanted new.
I was about to leave and I asked how long. Other guys said you might as well wait, it takes less than ten minutes.
So I waited.
I went outside to text my friends to let them know. Before I could hit send, they were rolling out the fire to me.
That was way less than ten minutes.
I ordered three more tires and will be back in the morning.
Before I left, the asked me if I needed a ride home. No one has asked me that before.
Super quick. Super nice, not pushy.
The lobby was clean.

Update: 01/12/25
I returned on the 9th to get three tires to match yesterday’s replacement. They did not have anymore and got me 4 matching tires and replaced the one they put on yesterday with no charge.
On the 12th, I returned to get my front bearings replaced. They kept making a wired noise so I the thought they were bad. It was gonna cost a little over 500 to replace. I dropped off my car and shortly later, got a message to call them. Turns out, I was stupid. The noise was a bent brake cover. They bent it back, took it for a ride and found no other issues.
They could have charged me 500 plus dollars and just install new bearings. They could have made extra money off of me, but did not. They found the issue, fixed it and changed me 50 dollars instead of 500.
You don’t find too many repairs places like this. I got four cars and all of them will be coming here anytime I need tires or brakes.
