“I absolutely love it here. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, respectful, and calm. Their customer service is both attentive and informative, and the app is very easy to use as well. I also appreciate how they decorate for the holidays. I’m unsure if they still do this for little kids; but when my friends and I were little, we always enjoyed the bank-themed birthday gifts they gave us, such as the cute navy blue piggy banks and mini calculators, haha. It is incredibly nice to have a local bank, where locals of any age can walk in and receive the attention and care they deserve. I truly appreciate those who work here, and I hope others find the same appreciation here as I do. Thank you so much!”

“So I'm out of town and needed a private banker for a deadline while here in HH. I'll tell you that online and over the phone it's impossible to find someone or book an appt- the app prevented me from booking. So I go in person to the "other" branch at Sea Pines and basically they tell me nothing can be done until maybe afternoon- not sure. She tells me try the other branch. I'll admit I was miffed only because I've been with WF since 1993 and felt somewhat dismissed. I drive to the Mathews Drive branch and as soon as I walk in Supermanager Lauren the Branch Ops Manager helps me, gets the job done within 15 minutes and I'm off on my way for the rest of my vacation, relieved. Thanks Lauren you rock!!!”

“Stopped in to get some cash & service was fast & friendly. I had forgotten my debit card so I had to go inside instead of using ATM. There were 2 tellers working but only 2 other customers inside when I stopped in at around lunchtime on Thursday.”
