PNC Bank offers wonderful customer service at this smaller branch. Customers are greeted when they walk in and the bankers are friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The staff knows their customers. One customer needed to set up a wire transfer and found them very helpful. Despite some online reviews, visitors have found the bank very nice and do not understand the bad ratings. It is considered one of the best branches.
Since moving to the area we have used PNC bank a few times and have had a great experience every time! We have had to make deposits, wire money, and update information on our accounts. Each time it was easy and the employees were very nice. Especially our last visit, Megan worked with us and she was great. Awesome location.
