“I'm not sure why this store doesn't have any reviews yet. So here's the first. 10 out of 10 hands down. I drove to HH from Daniel Island looking for a flour sack kitchen towel. Simple easy purchase. While there, I noticed they also had "lat & long" pillows. Of course, unfortunately, they didn't have my town. I asked the woman if I could order one and have it shipped and her reply ABSOLUTLEY blew me away. "If you give me 15 mins, I can do it now for you". WHAT????? I was able to pick out my colors, my design, my size to complete my pillow. The women STOPPED what they were hand blocking and made me my very own hand picked custom color pillow. (I'm constantly changing decor so I went on the safe side neutral"). I cannot praise these ladies enough! Customer service above and beyond. . And I forgot to mention, the shop has the most incredible hand crafted low country gifts, perfect for the upcoming holiday season for host gifts, I forgot to take pictures of items because I was so excited about MINE. A definite must see!”

“Let's start by saying you can miss this store. It looks like it can be attached to the thrift store but it is not. You do not want to miss going into this store. They have the cutest coastal décor I have seen on the island and we have been here about nine years. The best part is the prices are fair. Some things have a nice price tag but overall the prices are good. The fact that the prices were nice made this store even more enjoyable. The owners are beyond friendly. They walked around the store a little with us and helped us pick something out. I cannot wait to return.”

“I discovered Traditions of Hilton Head since they are one of the only lamp repair places in the Lowcountry. They repair table and floor lamps, chandeliers and pendants. They replace lamp shades too. They have a beautiful selection of home decor too. Highly recommend.”

“I love this store. The furniture and accessories are always luscious. I recently had a great shopping experience with Shirley. When delivered I had an issue with 2 chairs. Chris took care of my issues so quickly and was so pleasant. (Shirley was out for the day.) I later had to go back to the store and dealt with Mallory. (Chris was out.) “I love Grayco for quick trips for pieces and parts and especially love their decor items. Theresa in the home section has a fabulous energy and efficiently helps direct you to what she has in stock or that you can order from catalogues for more items as well. She is super service oriented. Found some gorgeous lamps for our main bedroom and will be ordering gorgeous and surprisingly affordable living room chairs this week.”
