“I had an incredible experience at Heritage Fine Jewelry when purchasing an engagement ring. Given extenuating circumstances, I was not able to engage in the process in person. Nonetheless, Jen provided incredible communication and services from A-Z. Nearly 2.5 months with over 30 correspondences, from determining the basics of what I was looking for to the finer, finishing touches, I am incredibly grateful for her expertise and patience in helping me with my purchase.
To me, this was an incredibly meaningful purchase. Jen immediately recognized that, and demonstrated a genuine investment in helping me find the perfect ring—never pushy, just helpful, informed, and kind. Between personal anecdotes/experiences, and the expression of the values that underly the family-owned business, Jen’s authenticity and passion for her work/business was evident.
Every step of the way, staff was cognizant of my preferences and budget. I was not told what to get, but instead guided toward a realized vision of what I was looking for, even though I could not quite identify it from the onset. I think back to months prior to even contacting jewelers, flipping through images online and kinda-sorta having an idea of what I wanted, but no one picture I could point to and say “this is it!” Jen/Heritage Fine Jewelry took bits and pieces of an idea, and turned it into an actual piece of jewelry.

“I’ve been coming to Hilton Head for the past three years and enjoy some shopping while I visit the island. I have purchased a number of gifts for myself and others here. I bought a necklace that unfortunately broke. I decided to go through the manufacturer instead of the store because of the distance and the manufacturer would not fix it. I called the owner of the store who was kind enough to stand by her product and have it replaced. The ladies here are very kind (no snobby attitudes like some of the other stores in the area) and their prices are always affordable. Would definitely recommend this place first for beautiful jewelry and home pieces (or mini gifts to bring home to others).”
“I'm not sure why this store doesn't have any reviews yet. So here's the first. 10 out of 10 hands down. I drove to HH from Daniel Island looking for a flour sack kitchen towel. Simple easy purchase. While there, I noticed they also had "lat & long" pillows. Of course, unfortunately, they didn't have my town. I asked the woman if I could order one and have it shipped and her reply ABSOLUTLEY blew me away. "If you give me 15 mins, I can do it now for you". WHAT????? I was able to pick out my colors, my design, my size to complete my pillow. The women STOPPED what they were hand blocking and made me my very own hand picked custom color pillow. (I'm constantly changing decor so I went on the safe side neutral"). I cannot praise these ladies enough! Customer service above and beyond. . And I forgot to mention, the shop has the most incredible hand crafted low country gifts, perfect for the upcoming holiday season for host gifts, I forgot to take pictures of items because I was so excited about MINE. A definite must see!”
“I love buying locally crafted art jewelry on vacation. It makes every piece bring back memories.
They sell handcrafted art glass pendants and earrings made right in the shop. If not busy the owner may even demo how they are made.
Also a decent selection of stone, gem, wood, and glass beads to make your own. And a really great selection of tiny pewter charms.”
