This woman was full of smiles, stopped everything she was doing to help me three different times. Was the only employee I could find in the entire store on a Saturday Afternoon. And was such a joy to be helped by. She's also also easy on the eyes which helps as well, lol. One of the things that we had picked out for my dog was incorrect. I was in Bluffton and stopped by the Bluffton store to return it where I was informed without a receipt and them, not being on the same system they can only give me a store credit. The lady at the cash register was actually scary looking was satanic emblems all over her neck and her ears. After seeing how I should be treated at a Petsmart, it cost me $300 just to walk in the front door, I will never go to the Bluffton store again from now on Melody has made Petsmart on Hilton head my new home store. Now if anybody's reading in corporate, would that make sense for me to drive past the Bluffton store just to go 25 minutes to 30 minutes further to Hilton head because the service is so much better. Fix your Bluffton store maybe Model after the Hilton head store ...

He was transferred to the hospital in Savannah so I dropped our 2 dogs off of at Evergreen for 2 days. Everyone there was so caring and kind - I definitely recommend them

He was seen the same day that we called. They followed up the next day to ask how he was doing. I wish they were his full time vet.

They really both have excellent recall at the beach even with all the distractions! Thanks to you and all the POL crew! I know Jax had such a wild experience at the beach with Jackson off leash so please tell her that he came around and he's great now! Thank you...... y'all are awesome!

The end of day report card was comforting with the pictures. The staff were all so nice and wonderful. Unfortunately when we got home we found out Scrappy had a tumor in his throat and this week crossed the rainbow bridge. We miss him so much but wanted to make sure that we extended our appreciation to your team that took care of him while we were there. We will definitely use you all again in the future!

11 Lighthouse Ln, Hilton Head IslandMade reservations thru Resy for relatively early dining at 5:30. Was disappointed that we were seated near the bar, far from the windows after requesting a table with a view in a relatively empty dining room.
Other than the initial disappointment, the meal was delicious and service was good. Hubby's Manhattan was well made and I had a very nice glass of Italian Sangiovese. Filets were cooked perfectly and had great flavor.

1 Hudson Rd, Hilton Head IslandIsaiah was our server and he was phenomenal! He made us feel welcome and never made us feel rushed despite it being a busy night - and we had a party of 9!!! The food was pretty good. Only small complaints were the fried oysters were a bit on the salty side and the seafood pasta was super spicy and was labeled as so. The Roddy Rock (raw) oysters with their vinegar sauce and horseradish were recommended for “new to eating raw oyster” folks and they were excellent!!!

Their sandwiches are larger and the staff is friendly - I recommend getting the Jedi with the sirloin chili (so good).
The staff is friendly and sandwiches come quick.

Our waitress Ana and her team made sure she went over the specials of the day, and answered any questions we had about the menu. Food was fresh, hot, and very flavorful with a twist of the chefs touch. They also made my wife feel special on her birthday. Was not rushed and had plenty of time to eat. Def going back again.

It seems like every place on the island is trying to cram seafood and steak down my throat. I'm so thankful there is a place that sells vegan (and vegetarian) bowls, smoothies and drinks. I got the Budha Bowl and my wife got the Acai bowl. You can't spell 'Delisheeyo' without 'Delish'! The bowls tasted great, super healthy, and at a fair price. Go to Delisheeyo if you're on HHI - you will not be disappointed. Updated from previous review on 2026-04-03

Lincoln and South Brewing Company
138 Island Dr, Hilton Head IslandSo good, we went 2 nights in a row. The selection of beer was great and the Food was excellent. We went with a large group with a diverse palette the first night and everyone seemed to have a great time. The brussel sprouts and loaded fries with pulled pork were amazing. The pretzel bites were on point. My wife and I had to go backthe next night for the Certified Angus Beef (CAB) burgers with bacon jam and caramelized onions and beer cheese for the thick cut fries.
I am not aware soup guy, but tried the beer cheese bisque. Phenomenal!!!
Lincoln and South is a must-try when on Hilton Head.
