“Excellent care and customer service inside a nostalgic pharmacy. Our daughter needed a crucial medication while we were on our vacation. They were the earliest pharmacy to open up on a Sunday on the island. They had her medication filled within a half hour of opening. Their customer service was far superior to any that we’ve gotten at a “chain” pharmacy. Would recommend to anyone local or visiting, and although I hope we never have to visit them again in the future, we’d choose them every time if we did.”

“CVS Pharmacy Staff at the Mathews Dr., Hilton Head SC location, continue to exceed my expectations!When I hadn’t come to pick up my automatic prescription refills for my maintenance medications (as I always had done), I was called with a reminder by a Staff member.When my wife needed a maintenance prescription refilled, the staff continued reaching out to her PCP, for refill authorization. Her PCP is well known for not responding with any @degree of urgency” to Pharmacies or even to patients for that matter.The staff members persistence resulted in a much needed prescription getting refilled, without my wife having to get involved.We love our CVS Pharmacy and the wonderful CVS Staff.”

“The pharmacist at Walgreens Hatton Place is wonderful—an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent assistance while keeping me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciate the quality and personal attention they provide.
The one improvement I would suggest is having the pharmacy open on weekends, as it is currently closed on both Saturday and Sunday. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but I believe the responsibility ultimately lies with corporate to ensure the pharmacy has the resources needed to hire and retain additional qualified staff. This would allow the current team to continue providing the high level of service they do so well without placing an unnecessary burden on them.”
“Visited on a weekday late afternoon and had a very good experience. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The store was clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly. When the item I was purchasing didn't ring up as expected, the cashier was quick to figure out the solution, walked to the back of the store to complete a price check, and fixed the price. There was a sudden rush of customers; they quickly brought a second cashier in. This was a nice surprise and made for a quick check out.”
