“CVS Pharmacy Staff at the Mathews Dr., Hilton Head SC location, continue to exceed my expectations! When I hadn’t come to pick up my automatic prescription refills for my maintenance medications (as I always had done), I was called with a reminder by a Staff member. When my wife needed a maintenance prescription refilled, the staff continued reaching out to her PCP, for refill authorization. Her PCP is well known for not responding with any @degree of urgency” to Pharmacies or even to patients for that matter. The staff members persistence resulted in a much needed prescription getting refilled, without my wife having to get involved. We love our CVS Pharmacy and the wonderful CVS Staff.”

“Had an amazing customer service experience with Rashad!! Traveling and Accidentally threw away my gate key. Rashad took the initiative and the time to go through the trash to help me locate my gate key, that I didn’t want to pay $100 for. However, unfortunately it was not there, but I am grateful and thankful for those that give awesome 👏customer service as, I want to again thank you Rashad for great customer service!!! Have an amazing weekend!!!!🙂”

“A bit on the smaller side for the Parker's Kitchen brand, and unfortunately, I must have been a bit late for the lunch rush as there wasn't any of their famous hot food available. Not exactly a deal breaker for me though, as I was still able to get enough snacks and munchies to last me until my next meal. And hey, I always do enjoy their chewable ice that they have for their fountain drinks! I would definitely come back here no matter what.”

“The place is okay, but Dave the manager is a smartass, who thinks he's better than everyone else. Lot of bad elements hanging around, especially at night. Night help leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Great service, stopped in to get coffee, doughnuts and 2 dogs. Woman at the register was the sweetest. Didn't get her name, but it must have been Angel cause she was heaven sent.”

“Thankfully I had no issues here. I did notice that people had to walk inside to get their gas pump receipts, but that's not a deal-breaker for me. Like any Circle K, there was a good selection of hot food options for a snack!”

“A little difficult to rate. I parked next to a pump, inserted my credit card, pumped fuel into my car, and left. There is a trash can where I tossed a couple of items in and a windshield cleaner to use. I have not been inside the store, so unable to provide information.”
11 Palmetto Bay Road, Hilton Head Island SC 29928
“Joshua was excellent and helped me find everything I needed! He had beautiful eyes and a great smile. He actually left the register and helped me find a lemon juice in aisle 11. Thank you for having an excellent employee here to help find what we needed!”

“This is hands down the best Circle K/gas station on the island. They always have hot, ready-to-go food, the express checkouts are consistently open, and there’s a great selection of drinks and snacks. Plus, it's perfectly located for my trips between Bluffton and the island.”

“Visited on a weekday late afternoon and had a very good experience. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The store was clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly. When the item I was purchasing didn't ring up as expected, the cashier was quick to figure out the solution, walked to the back of the store to complete a price check, and fixed the price. There was a sudden rush of customers; they quickly brought a second cashier in. This was a nice surprise and made for a quick check out.”

“The pharmacist at Walgreens Hatton Place is wonderful—an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent assistance while keeping me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciate the quality and personal attention they provide. The one improvement I would suggest is having the pharmacy open on weekends, as it is currently closed on both Saturday and Sunday. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but I believe the responsibility ultimately lies with corporate to ensure the pharmacy has the resources needed to hire and retain additional qualified staff. This would allow the current team to continue providing the high level of service they do so well without placing an unnecessary burden on them.”
