Joshua was excellent and helped me find everything I needed! He had beautiful eyes and a great smile. He actually left the register and helped me find a lemon juice in aisle 11. Thank you for having an excellent employee here to help find what we needed!

This Walgreens location on Palmetto Bay Road on Hilton Head Island is a well managed Walgreens that has everything that you need in one convenient stop. I like that they have more beach items here and the selection they have available. The staff here is very friendly and efficient.

Sadly, this is probably the least friendly place on the island. So unexpected for healthcare professionals. Being located in a vacation spot, you would think that they are accustomed to helping people get prescriptions that were left behind, but they really made me feel like it was a hassle.
