“Well my first experience was bad because I bought a lock you prime storage and it didn't work on the storage unit because when I put the lock inside the door it fel through, so they told me that I should buy my own lock and I didn't get back a refund, I just want to know when will I get back my refund for the lock etc”

She always returned our calls promptly and handled our concerns. The unit was easy to access and our belongings were safe and dry. No problems. Overall, renting was a great experience!”
