“I needed a quote to replace my back bumper on my 2024 Subaru WRX. I pulled in & without an appointment Jeff came out took greeting me, took some pictures and within 5 minutes I had a quote and time period and I left a deposit.
Jeff called when they received the bumper and advised when to drop it off and said it’d take 2 days. 2.5 days after I dropped it off, Jeff called to say it’d was done and ready for pickup.

“Front driver side collision repair done here including body work, suspension repair and paint. They use all OEM parts which is huge, looked brand new when completed. Couple things started popping up once the suspension repair settled which Austin said was possible and normal. They took it back and fixed it. 100% recommend them for any repair work, great experience, thanks tactical team!”

“It is probably never a good time to be looking for a collision repair center, accidents are stressful times for everyone. I have been really impressed with the service here, everyone was friendly and helpful and they let me know up front that my car was not likely to be worth repairing before doing and significant inspections and racking up charges for me, which I have seen happen at other shops. “This is by far the only option that I will recommend taking virtually any make and model for collision or cosmetic repair in general. Don't be confused initially, as they are part of the Cadillac of South Charlotte dealership onsite. With no exaggeration, this location over the past 7 years has overseen repairs for our Infiniti, Porsche, Lexus, Corvette, Alfa Romeo, and BMW. They made things back to "right" every-single-time. Bruce, the collision manager, is who you will ask for, and has easily over a decade working at this location alone. “Amazing experience at Caliber Collision Luxury Charlotte from start to finish. We took our Audi Q7 there after a fender bender - needed a full new bumper and grill. Keith was the advisor, he was super nice and helpful throughout. Very important to us - Caliber dealt with the insurance company directly, we just had to pay the deductible. The completed the work in under 2 weeks, even faster than their initial estimate. All OEM parts, no used / aftermarket.”
