“This is the first time I've written a review for this type of store. If I could, I would give it 1000 stars because it was the first time I received such excellent service from start to the end. The associates and the people at the cash registers made me feel very comfortable, and I was treated so well, better than I've ever been treated before. It makes me want to come back here to complete all the projects I have in mind.”
“I have to give Waxhaw Lowe’s a huge shout. They took a parking spot up towards the front and put temporary grass, pavers, flowers, the flags of all military services and a US flag at half mast. Very, very classy and respectful. By far the best I’ve ever seen a corporation do to honor the fallen on Memorial Day weekend.”

He is a manager at this store and goes above and beyond everyday to ensure that all the customers that come here are happy and satisfied. “My husband and I were at this Home Depot, July 4th. Tooty was outstanding with helping us with all things associated with doing a major painting project at home. She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! Belinda was a breath of fresh air from others who act like any questions are a bother. Thank you to Belinda and Tooty’”
“The employees were super helpful! I was looking for a product to help w my kittens' conjunctivitis, and she didn't just give me an aisle number; she walked me over, and actually looked up some of the products herself just to double check, making sure I was buying the right one.”
“Cheaper than Lowe's or Home Depot. Has doors in stock that are special order at the box stores. Those are MUCH cheaper. Really high end stuff too. You never know what you're going to find there. Recommended to DIY'ers or large residential developers as a way in today's economy to save money.”

Had to bring back some product left over from the job and was refunded without issue and I must say that the ladies at the desk were so happy to help. Every person who has helped me inside this particular store has helped me get through putting my home back together after a fire and I really appreciate the effort that each person has given. Huge difference from a few years ago and chose to go to the competition. My cabinet installer suggested that I work with this particular person in cabinets, and I’m so glad that I listened to his recommendation.”

“Andrea at the Indian Land location is exceptional! My husband and I were looking at grills when we were warmly greeted by Andrea. Not only was she knowledgeable throughout our interaction, she helped us find the perfect grill, ordered it for us to be delivered, and helped us find other items we had on our list throughout the store. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and we will be returning to this location specifically because of her incredible service. She is the definition of an all-star associate!”
