“Shout Out ! To Tristian at the AT&T Store, Promenade Shops on Hwy 521 during Today's (2-22-24) outage. I have no Wi-Fi at home, and Tristian was exemplary in resolving my dilemma of reaching the owner of the company I work for, and also getting the map up on my phone so I could reach my destination for a dog walk… I was also able to reach the client, thanks to Tristian !!
