“Great people. I chose them after I hit a deer in my car because of their rating, my preference to support locally owned small businesses, and that I knew that the owner is a Christian. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They only used OEM parts to fix my car. They worked with the insurance company when they uncovered extra damage that was not visible before tearing the car down. They picked up the rental car tab when my insurance rental car coverage maxed out. Lastly, and most importantly, my car looks better now than it did the day I bought it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

It took my insurance company longer to approve repairs than the actual repairs took. My car was beat to pieces by a hail storm a few weeks ago. Hundreds of dents. “We unfortunately crashed into a man who had his truck situated half off the road and some in the road with his drivers door open and no lights on! (Hwy 9) We were devastated with the crash and the man’s inexcusable actions to say the least. We got to choose this company or caliber collision and as we always we like to use the smaller buisness on the totem pole! Adam was very professional and cared very much for my wife and her questions/concerns and he even loaned us a rental during the downtime. I’m praying we never have any other incidents like this one but if the need was to arise I know where to go and where to send my friends to!

“I've needed their services twice in the last couple years. The first was when my old Hyundai Sonata was stolen, steering column busted and the thieves damaged it while joyriding. They did a great job fixing everything. Recently a tool fell off the back of a work truck on 85 and hit my brand new car that had only about 1,600 miles on it. Once again they did a fantastic job, it looks like new again. They are friendly, fast with service and do great work. Highly recommend!”

“We were in a crash on the afternoon of July 3rd, on the busy holiday weekend, and needed a tow from the crash site on the highway. Tim came to do the tow and he very kindly went out of his way to get us to a car rental place, spending more than 30 minutes driving us as there were very limited rental car locations with availability. He made calls himself to try to help us find a rental car, and got us back on the road and on our way to our vacation, despite a really challenging experience. He was especially kind to our 8 year old son who was understandably upset about the crash, and he was the silver lining to the car crash experience for us!
