“Rocky and TJ are absolutely amazing. They make you feel like family and keep you updated with progress every step of the way. It took my insurance company longer to approve repairs than the actual repairs took. My car was beat to pieces by a hail storm a few weeks ago. Hundreds of dents. You can’t tell there was ever a dent in it. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I will forever be grateful for these guys.”
“Great people. I chose them after I hit a deer in my car because of their rating, my preference to support locally owned small businesses, and that I knew that the owner is a Christian. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They only used OEM parts to fix my car. They worked with the insurance company when they uncovered extra damage that was not visible before tearing the car down. They picked up the rental car tab when my insurance rental car coverage maxed out. Lastly, and most importantly, my car looks better now than it did the day I bought it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

The windshield finally got replaced after 2 weeks, since Caliber had to work with a Honda dealer for an OEM part, after the other brand trim wasn't playing well. Very friendly and polite people to work with.
In my experience, the Caliber company, overall, seems to be terrible about saying they will get back to customers in a time frame they give, and then not. Also cancelling appointments without notifying me. (That's kind of important to tell the client.) I was repeatedly told that they would call me back with updates on my windshield replacement in a specific time frame,and they rarely did. I was the one calling to get updates.”

“I am 100% satisfied with the work and customer service provided by Caliber Collision. Zach was extremely professional, courteous, and had a wonderful disposition throughout the entire process. From providing the initial estimate to keeping me informed about the progress and status of the repairs, he consistently kept me updated every step of the way. His communication and customer service made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.
If God forbid you ever find yourself in need of collision repairs, I wholeheartedly recommend bringing your vehicle here. The quality of the work and the level of customer service I received were exceptional, and I would definitely trust them with my vehicle again.
P.S. One thing to keep in mind is that they unfortunately only handle repairs through auto insurance claims”

“I've needed their services twice in the last couple years. The first was when my old Hyundai Sonata was stolen, steering column busted and the thieves damaged it while joyriding. They did a great job fixing everything. Recently a tool fell off the back of a work truck on 85 and hit my brand new car that had only about 1,600 miles on it. Once again they did a fantastic job, it looks like new again. They are friendly, fast with service and do great work. Highly recommend!”
