Very congenial but the same as most others in that they can't give even a ballpark idea when a car could be ready after dropping off for repairs. Even in my case where no parts would be needed to be ordered. I was told it could be weeks.

We have had a couple repairs handled by Broad River Paint and Body over the years. Each time they have done an outstanding repair and this latest time is no exception. Highly recommend if you need any body repair and/or paint

These guys are awesome. Benji and Chris are quick, efficient, and spot on with their estimates and opinions, and the guys in the body shop do a fantastic job. Unfortunately, I have had to take a few cars to them for repair and have never been disappointed.
