“I had an awesome experience here! I purchased my car battery from AutoZone on Bush River Road. I called the Bush River Road AutoZone about my car battery. The gentleman I spoke to named Mike stated the specific battery for my car was not in stock at their store, he also stated he checked and no other AutoZone in Columbia had the battery in stock. Me being me, I called this AutoZone to check for myself. Mr. Mike and Ms. Theresa Robinson helped me over the phone. She informed me that they DID in fact have my battery in stock. Ms. Theresa also informed me the other store put the wrong battery in my car. I am ecstatic about the customer service I received from Ms. Theresa and Mr. Mike at the Broad River Road AutoZone!! Best customer service I have received in a long time!! Thanks again!!”
