“I just wondered everyone reading this to know about Von’s positivity and his professionalism so I would like to give this Food Lion five stars and thank Vaughan and produce for a great conversation and helping me out while I was also working! It’s hard to find good workers that are kind and respectful nowadays and Mr. Vaughan had it all. five stars. The manager there I forget her name she’s African-American and she’s really sweet and always says hello when I come in and greet me and my children when we shop there what a great store to go shopping at five stars for Mr. Vaughan and the manager, I will figure out her name and add it to it ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“The good: The workers at the checkout are always so nice and friendly at this location. Very clean, tons of parking especially for the handicapped customers. Produce is fresh and they usually have your favorite items in stock.
The bad: I see quite a few mothers (I’m sure fathers too) with their infants having to either leave them in the car or carry them to the cart corral when returning it. Should have a secondary cart return area out in the parking lot for this reason and it would be safer for vulnerable people walking alone in the evenings.”

“Working in the customer service filed and having to deal with the public is not for everyone. I love when I come across people who are compassionate, pleasant, customer friendly and professional. I want to recognize Jae her customer service is beyond superb. It has been a long time since I received service that goes beyond 5 stars. I first came in contact with Jae at customer service on 1/28 and again on 1/29 as a cashier. Jae is general manger ready . I hope she continues to climb the ladder and excel at everything she does. This food lion location is one of my favorites and I only have two locations that I visit this one and another one. I received great service from other staff before but Jae just touched and warmed by heart.”

“Kroger pharmacy provides exceptional patient care! My family has used Kroger Pharmacy in Irmo for many years now. Unfortunately, Kroger pharmacy is out of network with my new insurance. Other family members still have coverage that allows them to use Kroger Pharmacy and I’m so grateful!

Although this is an extremely busy pharmacy, they continue to provide personalized care by allowing you to speak directly with pharmacy staff, if you have questions or need assistance. I just received a phone call about one of my family member’s medications that is due for a refill. The phone call wasn’t from the local pharmacy but even their call center provides human interaction!

I can’t recall the names of all of the exceptional staff there but Wade always treats patients with respect and works to quickly resolve any issues we’ve experienced. The entire pharmacy staff is phenomenal!

Thank you for all you do! I hope that Kroger Pharmacy continues to provide the personalized human touch so necessary in healthcare. I appreciate that Kroger Pharmacy hasn’t outsourced communication to artificial intelligence (AI) when my loved ones need care.”

“I shopped at this Dollar General on Broad River Road, across from Friarsgate subdivision because of it location and it convenient for me. However, I have noticed that they are not being consistent of updating their price changes. I have been in this store on several occasions and they still are not updating their prices. The prices on the shelf is ringing up different on the cash register. I understand that prices has increase but it will be nice to see the correct price on the shelf so you want have any surprises once you check out. Do you think it get better as time goes by?”

“Staff was helpful in finding what I needed but the store was HOT! When I commented, Idk how yall work in this heat! I was told they haven't had AC for 5 weeks. Corporate or management should do better for their employees and customers. We've hit a heat index of 100 again and your employees shouldn't have to endure that indoors for 5 weeks. Also, you're just losing products, all the candy was melted and had been squished by children I assume.”

“I shop at this store at least 3 days a week. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Food is always fresh and store is always clean. Self checkout is very easy, but an employee will help you if needed.”
