“They're not always open and appointment highly recommended but it was the easiest passport application/renewal experience I've EVER had!!! They did everything in house from pictures, to the fees and mailing everything off and suggesting the best process expedited v regular. We did have our paperwork completed and printed and required documents with us, so we did our homework, but the process was super easy and no waiting in long lines with numbers and hoping they didn't close before you got to the front of the line.”
“Roc needs a raise. Even with a line out the door and people getting frustrated he still manages to be nice and chatty. Upper management needs to work harder at getting reliable employees before the good ones get more burnt out and leave.”

“I'm so grateful to have a local post office here in the Eau Claire area. Some people's reviews criticize this post office because of delivery problems, but the fact is that the main post office on Assembly Street is responsible for mail delivery, not the local post office! Even though this branch is understaffed and has strange hours, it's far better than nothing.”
“Honestly, i feel like people get too petty or entitled about their experience here- I went in for three small-ish dropoffs from amazon, got it done and through in almost 2 minutes flat, free of charge. The lady at the counter even corrected my shipping label so it'd ship to the write place... Pretty good and quick customer service”

She is by far the most patient and helpful lady working at the post office in Ballantine .I hear nothing but rude , and horrible attitudes from some people working the post office in chapin .If you want better service post office in Ballentine is the best.”
