Express your driver was great professional and he truly cares about his job and your company I know this for a fact because he did a great dead for me and would not accept a tip he did it from the kindness of his heart. “I had an awesome experience with Koger Paint and Body Shop. I shopped around and their quote was definitely the most reasonable. They left no stone unturned in trying to find reasonably priced parts for my vehicle. My car looked like-new once they finished and I received many compliments from co-workers about how good the car looked. My interactions with everyone involved were always pleasant and their responses were timely. I have already recommended them to family and friends. I would definitely use them in the future, if needed.”

“Hands down the best experience we've ever had having our car repaired. Drayton worked with the insurance company, kept them updated daily, and handled everything when it came to supplemental work needed to be done. We also received text updates on the status of our vehicle. If I needed to reach Drayton with questions, he called me back promptly and was a wealth of knowledge. So grateful we were referred there!”

“My car wouldn't start and I was stranded in a parking lot. LJ with TVCM Towing came by quickly and helped me out by diagnosing the issue as a faulty starter. He shared that with older cars such as mine that knocking the starter while turning the key should get the car started. We tried the the trick and it worked like a charm avoiding the need for a tow. I would recommend using them for their expertise and professionalism.”

“We had a frustrating situation today involving our vehicle being towed from a commercial parking lot on Blossom Street in Columbia, SC. After about two hours of back-and-forth conversations, presenting our case, and negotiating, SDR Towing and the property manager were willing to listen and ultimately came to a reasonable resolution with us. It was a stressful experience, but we appreciated that they were eventually open to hearing our side and working things out. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, know your rights, stay calm, be persistent, document everything and read the parking sign details. Thank you to the Owner and Staff of SDR Towing for being very reasonable and empathetic to our situation.”
