I brought in a dress that was not in good shape with stains all along the front and back, and I received it looking brand new.

“Great place to do laundry when you are in the area!! My hotel's washer was broken so I looked on maps to see if there was a decent laundromat around. I found this place and absolutely love it!! You can convert to coins to use, or download the app and use the app to control everything which is really cool. It allows you to monitor the time left and set alerts, etc. everyone is here, business travelers like myself, people from sports teams doing team laundry, truck drivers, locals, join the fun.”

“Clean, comfortable, great staff, working machines. They have an area we're you can eat and sit and charge your phone. But they only pay through card. Ask staff for card, then You put money on card, through kiosk machine on wall, Then use the card to pay for laundry. Also sell small packets of detergent. Really good first time experience”
“These folks do a great job cheaper than everywhere else. They are also very nice and accommodating, as they come out to my handicapped mom's car to get her items from her and also return the items to her when they're finished. We love this place!”

“Although I love doing my laundry here I hate having to fight with the HappyNest workers. The HappyNest people will come here and take up 5 or 6 washers then 5 or 6 dryers to wash and dry laundry. I then have to compete to dry my one basket of laundry. I understand the HappyNest people are trying to make money but it’s unfair to basically do commercial laundry service in this facility.”
“Oct 2025 Update: Okay, maybe I was a little too hasty in my first review. I didn’t give the business time to tweak things. As of today, I’m adding three more stars to my review. The prices aren’t too bad and the machines work just fine. We’re allowed to change our minds.
I am very disappointed that the quality of service has plummeted with newer machines and higher prices. After the sticker shock of new prices, a couple of $12 machines, I was reassured by the same dryer cost of 25 cents…that is until I actually used the new dryers and realized that it takes triple the cost to dry your clothes at triple the time. The washers take longer too. HOW are new machines worse than the old ones??? I have a laundry room at my apartment complex, but I bypassed it to come here because the machines were more efficient…until now. Two stars to split the difference between my previous 4-star rating and my new 0-star rating. Thank you Johns Island Coin Laundry for inspiring me to purchase my own set of machines. Sincerely. Congratulations for the renovations!”
“Although Lyerlys mistakenly didn’t return my shirt what they did do was made it right by refunding me my money for their services. People make mistakes but them making it right is what counts. I’d return here and recommend them as an establishment.”
“I love it here, I love beverly's down the street for a closer relationship with people there but this place is open later and works better with my schedule. there are always machines available, they are very efficient. Slam packed on Sundays”
