“Once AGAIN, the store is not open as posted. 0900, lights off and doors locked. I wasn't the only one that came and went. 0910 the store opened and the gentlemen was very friendly. I had emailed the store and received a response that there was traffic delay.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at PostNet in Charleston, SC thanks to Charlene! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcomed with her kindness and great sense of humor. Not only was she incredibly professional, but she truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Charlene didn’t just help us send our package—she made the entire process smooth, easy, and honestly fun. She even took the time to help personalize our package, which meant so much and made the experience feel extra special. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Charlene does. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on us. If you’re in Charleston and need any shipping or printing services, I highly recommend stopping by PostNet and asking for Charlene. She’s an absolute gem!”

“I had a very positive experience the young gentleman that waited on me were courteous and polite, and even funny both employees seem that they enjoyed working together. They were informative and made the trip into the store pleasant. I noticed that the other young gentleman went out of his way for a man that needed Something notarized which he didn’t have to do because it was a weekend, but he went out of his way to do it anyway -for the customer .unfortunately the customer didn’t even thank him. People need to give back and recognize good deeds.”

“Zac and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I reached out to a lot of printers for my wedding invitations and SAS-E Ink was the best choice. Could not recommend them more!”

“I work with an event planning company and we were coming into South Carolina from Texas. When I reached out for pricing, they got back to me quickly and stayed in communication constantly. I was having 6 coroplast signs printed for the event. They were very helpful and made everything so much easier for someone coming from out of town. Everything was ready before the pickup time I requested and looked great. What's even better is that we needed a last-minute order. We needed an ADDITIONAL 6 coroplast signs that we needed the same day. They got them to me within HOURS and they also looked great! Awesome to work with and if I'm ever in the city again, I'll be using their services again without hesitation.”

“I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. I assume that their primary function is to serve CofC and its students, but as a resident their shipping department has been able to receive and ship my packages on time, and I've had exceptional experiences with their printing department. If you go by the online delivery times alone, it may seem like they will miss your printing window if you're in an urgent rush, but if you call the location and explain your needs, the friendly staff behind the desk are reasonable and ready to help. Thanks, y'all!”
