“Stopped in for an oil change and a check on a change in the sound of my engine. These guys were quick to take care of my oil change and diagnose a water pump/bearing issue. Scheduled that repair for the next day and had me rolling within 48 hours before a trip to the mountains. Absolutely great customer service, knowledgeable, communicative, and excellent work. “We hit soft bottom on the ICW around Isle of Palms. Called SeaTow and spoke with Walker. Pretty much confirmed that the only thing we could do was wait for tide to rise a bit more. He was very professional and committed to call us back after an hour or so to check on us. Honestly, did not expect a call back. Low and behold, 1 hr 15 mins later, Walker called back as promised to check on us and make sure we were ok. Hope we never need a tow in Charleston; but, if we do, SeaTow is who we'll call.”

“My Honda Odyssey went completely dead after driving it to Sullivan's Island. I called AAA and within 60 minutes, they called back saying someone would meet us at our car. We figured it might be the battery, so they sent someone with a battery to test it. They also knew we might need to buy a battery to replace our 3 year old car battery. Sure enough the batter was at 0%. We were SO fortunate to have Devante meet us at our car and he was the NICEST, most PROCESSIONAL person ever. He explained everything that was happening, and we did need a new battery. he had exactly what we needed. It was convenient, fast, and super effecient. I asked for his car because if i ever have something wrong with our car again, we'll for sure request Devante again. 10 stars!”
