“I ran over something on the highway, immediately my tire went flat. My 13 year old daughter was in the car. Luckily, there was a mall nearby so we pulled in and searched for roadside help. My call was immediately answered by Irvine's Auto Repair and towing and someone was on the way (during drive time) to help us out. When he arrived he quickly, knowledgeably and politely changed my tire to the spare and got us back on the road. I was able to pay with a credit card. It was so easy and we are very grateful for the professionalism and kindness in our time of need. Very highly recommended.”

But wow, these folks were amazing! Brandy at the front desk was so easy to work with and helpful. The whole crew could not have been more friendly and accommodating. My car was ready more quickly than anticipated which is unheard of. Most importantly, when I came to pick it up, my key fob was dead, and I kept setting off my car alarm. They were quick to assist in figuring out how to get me back on the road. Absolutely five stars at a five and I would give them six that I could! Plus, they have a coffee machine that makes delicious lattes!!”
