“Shannon was so helpful. Great customer service. We found a sweater we liked but I wanted to buy as a surprise and so Shannon let me call back and order over the phone. She then called me back a couple days later to tell me when the store would be open to pick up my sweater so I didn’t show up and be frustrated that they were not open. Shannon is so good at going above and beyond at customer service. Also love the different price points of products. Owners are lucky to have Shannon as an employee. She is a gem.”

“Showroom is absolutely my go to place for all of my clothing. The staff at the Kiawah Island store are so incredible. Not only are they super knowledgeable about the brands, they also learn their customers and make great recommendations. It is hard to find any store that compares to the quality service and selection that Showroom offers. I also so appreciate that they bring unique brands to the market. Even the online site is very user-friendly and I love the reward point system.”
