They resolved my issue in less than 24 hours, found the tracking numbers, and were in touch by phone and email. Not only are they super knowledgeable about the brands, they also learn their customers and make great recommendations. It is hard to find any store that compares to the quality service and selection that Showroom offers. I also so appreciate that they bring unique brands to the market. Even the online site is very user-friendly and I love the reward point system.”

“Mainly a women's store, but they do have a limited supply of ON Cloud shoes, excellent for walking (moi!), jogging and/or hiking. While the missus was shopping, I sat on one of the two really comfy curved smaller sofas. I sat until my wife told me that they also had ON Cloud shoes for men, tucked away in the back. A helpful lady sales person helped me select an unusual color of olive drab pair. As I was putting my other shoes back on, she said their was a two tone black pair on sale ($40 cheaper), which she had in her hands! Wow. How many sales people do that? Unfortunately they were not as comfy so I bought the more expensive pair. Thanks for the great sales staff which tried to save me money.”
