“After downsizing from a home and touring many complexes,this one just stood out when I toured it. From meeting the knowledgeable Manager Teresa, to the actual leasing, it was a very pleasant and smooth transition. The Leasing agent was also very helpful in setting up my accounts and move in. UPS mail and packages are all secure inside a designated locked area within the building.Although there has been some crime/break ins for the area(unfortunately it's everywhere), I have seen increased Police presence in this area,night and day! There are cameras in place as well.Maintenance is very friendly and the grounds are kept clean. I'm very satisfied with my choice and location is centralized for easy access to shopping and I26.”

“Great place to live. I have lived here for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. The apartments look nice inside and out, nice appliances, love my patio. 2nd bedroom is a bit small and maybe a tad bit more storage would be nice but hey, its an apartment. The landscape is nice and kept up, trash gets taken care of regularly. Dog park, car wash station kept up. Most importantly to me, the staff here is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable and friendly, treat me like family, not a customer. They ask about my family and just shows they care. They are quick to respond and helpful. Walmart is just around the corner, i mean everything you could want is close by. I would definitely recommend.”

“What a great nursery! First time that I have ever gone there, and they treated me like I have been a regular for years. It was very nice to see that they were open on Sunday when every other place that sold mulch was closed. Not only did the owner give me a discount for being a veteran, but also a cash discount. “Cedar Grove Apartments is a nice place to live. It's secluded and closer to an HOA neighborhood. I like living here because of its seclusion; you won't really find people here unless they live here or work here. The leasing team was amazing in helping me maneuver a very complicated situation. Mark, Ashley, and Tim were all amazing and I know I was very needy in that time. I was given an upgraded apartment and the maintenance team handled my requests very efficiently. There are different floor plans in the area and I really like the ease of applying for an apartment here. They were willing, helpful and I truly can't thank Ashley enough for making this process a breeze for my kiddo and I.Pros: the bus stop comes right to the corner of the complex for those with kids, so no need to drive your kids to school, valet trash almost daily, online payments, easy set up of online accounts, very own Amazon locker so your packages are secured, pets allowed, tennis court, pool, playground, gym and an approachable leasing team. Security features like cameras, doorbells and keypads can be installed in your apartment. I guarantee you won't find many, if any, complexes with such flexibility.Not to mention, the complex is within walking distance of Lidl, Ross, Five Below, Buffalo Wild Wings and First Watch. It is all in the backyard, well "side-yard".Cons: the cost of rent.. but it's one of the less expensive places to live and to counter that, I had no security deposit here and my only move in fees was the prorated rent for the month. Instead of a security deposit which can equal up to the cost of rent, a small fee is added to your rent to keep more money in your pocket and reduce up-front costs. So I guess it depends on your financial situation. It worked WELL for my needs.Highly recommend!”

“I had me a great time from May22 - Jul23, 2 blocks from JBC military base (I work for the military so that was SUPER COOL) yes there was partying going on but if you want to live at a retirement home then go there instead, theses are working class people who want to have a good time, myself included and just like great parties there's some evidence the next morning but it always got picked up like at YOUR parties if you ever had a great time. So relax, chill, it's a Saturday night! The 1 person who said people spit or throw things at your car if you look at them the "wrong way" well may I suggest to STOP looking at people the "wrong way" adjust your attitude and nonverbals, that never happened to me. Every1 I met there was friendly and helpful. To the person that said the staff thought they were better then them, rather arrogant that you can infer that kind of value system, so enough with the inferior complex, that also never happens to me because I treat people with respect instead of assigning some attribution error. Now some of these reviews are several years old and this is a newer staff run by the the hard working property manager Shadia. I had 3 property managers while I was there, it did get better with each successive 1 and they finally got it right plus Shadia was working solo without a staff that usually numbered 4. I know when someone is working hard without the help of others AND GETTING IT DONE. Things really changed when she got there. I should have asked if she was ever a Marine..Siempre Fi!!! The previous PM didn't always look at you when you were talking to them, they looked at the PC screen, Shadia looks at you, listens, and gives you an honest answer. To the person that said the positive reviews were written by staff (what?! you took the time to investigate? where's your evidence Dude?) I am not staff, I was a tenant and I had a great time, people, staff, location. It reminded me of people who get stationed at an overseas location and just complain about everything, the food, the people, the weather, etc. To the laundry woes; there's laundry right over the fence one block if you want to use larger washer/dryers, problem solved...plus a liquor store right next door (wink wink). If you like a place and someone bad mouths it becuz of a bad experience years ago, you want to stand up and say wait a minute. So if you're a military person who gets stationed on the Air Base side of JBC, this is the place!!! Property manager & staff make you feel welcomed like you're visiting a good neighbor and rightfully so becuz they are at apt C11. My 1 complaint would be the lack of recycling options, an easy fix...Shadia, can you perform another miracle? This is my honest review becuz I can't stand bovine excrement. This place rocked for me!”

We know will take tame after all this years of neglect but I highly recommend it give them a shot. “Living at Patriots Place has always been great , The staff in the office was always there to help in a timley matter wheater i email them or call. Maintence was always quick hen i had issues. This was our first home in Charleston together and this place has many memeories we will be able to grow from. Lorrissa and Cindy are awesome and i hope our next place is has a great staff just like you both. Thanks for everything as we will venture to Charlotte in a few more months.
