The entire complex is clean, safe, and plenty of things to do from the pools, grills, and beautiful scenery for walks or to just enjoy what’s around.”

“Ms. Seleina Free made my mother and I feel so welcomed and appreciated and that meant so much to us since we have been dealing with a lot each day. Not only did Seleina help us with every question from obvious to complex but didn't make us feel like we were being annoying and a hassle. Walked us through any complications we had and never made it an issue when we needed something answered again or shown another apartment. Her representation of Cobblestone Village made us apply, top tier customer service.”

“After downsizing from a home and touring many complexes,this one just stood out when I toured it. From meeting the knowledgeable Manager Teresa, to the actual leasing, it was a very pleasant and smooth transition. The Leasing agent was also very helpful in setting up my accounts and move in. UPS mail and packages are all secure inside a designated locked area within the building.Although there has been some crime/break ins for the area(unfortunately it's everywhere), I have seen increased Police presence in this area,night and day! There are cameras in place as well.Maintenance is very friendly and the grounds are kept clean. I'm very satisfied with my choice and location is centralized for easy access to shopping and I26.”

“I just moved out after living here for almost two years, and I honestly wanted to leave an updated review because this place deserves it.

When I first moved in back in 2024, the old management wasn’t the best, and I definitely thought about moving more than once because of it. But after the new management took over this past winter, it seriously felt like a completely different place.
Samantha and Lo are literally the sweetest! They were always so kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. Any time I had a question or needed help with something, they were more than happy to help and never made me feel like I was bothering them. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care.
The amenities are great, there’s a really cute walking trail where you’ll always see ducks, turtles, and other wildlife, and the location is amazing. You really can’t beat the price for this area.

I know there are some pretty negative reviews on here, but a lot of those were from before the new management took over. They’ve made such a huge difference, and it really shows. If those older reviews are making you hesitate, I’d definitely encourage you to give this place a chance.
Overall, I’m really glad I got to see how much this community improved. Huge shout-out to Samantha, Flo, and the whole team for making it such a better place to live.

“Had the best service at Bellary Flats last week. I met with Britney, come to find out she’s the property manager and was the one who toured me around the property shows me units. She was so knowledgeable, that by the time the tour was done I literally had no questions of my own to ask. It’s nice to see that we still have management who isn’t afraid to still get their hands dirty and get into the field. 10/10 experience I would recommend Britney to anyone who’s looking for a place at Bellary Flats”

He made sure the issue was completely resolved before leaving, and now my AC is working perfectly again. Excellent customer service and a great attitude truly appreciated!”
