I cannot begin to describe how thorough they were and how careful and respectful they were unloading and assembling everything. “Ordered a large item. It arrived in excellent shape. I got a call as soon as it was headed to Charleston terminal to set up delivery. I got automated reminder the day before. I called to check in on delivery day early that morning. I was told he would be my way shortly. I’m downtown and we have to black space do delivery has a place to park and do not have to sit in the middle of a busy street. Few moments later driver was a few blocks away. All went smooth. Excellent customer service and staff. Thank you very much!”
