“I regularly deliver and pick up loads at JAS warehouse. This is a great and huge warehouse for your warehousing needs located in the center to everywhere in Charleston, SC. This warehouse is secure from the entry to the actual building, to its location. The inside is very clean and organized. Brittany is one of the best personal members at Jas/Crosspoint. When I go to JAS it is always for a Haz Mat load, and Brittany has everything needed ready to go every time.”

“I was sent a package that contained framed original art. The package made it most of the way on its journey, to be damaged near the end. As per Fed Ex policy, damaged packages, this one had broken glass, cannot be delivered. They are, instead, disposed of. While I am not a fan of that policy, it is a Fed Ex corporate policy, not a local policy. While the frame was broken and the mat and art were damaged, employees at the Ladson Ground shipping location went above and beyond in helping me to obtain the original art from the package so I could decide how it should be dealt with. This art was important to me and they did everything they could to help me. I appreciated their efforts.”
