“It is inside the Walgreens store and I love the store. The person working the FedEx station was not very friendly but to also give her credit she was also doing photos and checking people out. Only thing I will say is stores are so understaffed and the people who are working are having to do several other jobs at the same time. I learned a big lesson that this may be how it is now.”
“5 minutes to closing and I ran in (profusely sweating)with a textbook in a box (not packaged) and the papers in-hand. They took the papers and box with the textbook in it and said I was good to go. Talj about a relief - I got out of there in 3 minutes to spare before they closed! Great experience and great staff!”
“Awesome and super friendly employee’s that are very knowledgable!! Very fast in and out in most cases….even he Christmas rush lines are much faster and Han the post office!!”
“This review is specifically for the young man who typically works at the Amazon return desk. He needs to do a masterclass in customer service and human relations for EVERYBODY. He makes what is otherwise a mundane task into an absolute JOY! Amazing job, young man!! The embodiment of Colossians 3:23!”
“The lady that was there today 11/11/22was such a sweet person. I never returned merchandise there and did not know how.She was a great help. Thank you !!She is a "True Gem"”
“This UPS Store is very conveniently located in the Oakbrook section of Summerville. The staff are very professional and helpful. I obtained other quotes for a professional flyer to be printed and, hands-down, this store provided me a human being with excellent suggestions. Thank you to Will for your insights and recommendations! The UPS Store price was only a tiny bit higher than a local competitor - and it was well worth it since I could trust the print job on the perfect paper I needed. Will made all the different - the customer service, human touch is sorely needed across so many sectors in today's world. Keep up the good work to all team members at UPS Store #2876!”

“The lady was very helpful and not only told me what I needed but directed me to staples so I could get what I needed to send my package by fed-ex. I didn't get her name but she worked at the fed ex counter in Walgreens on Saturday the 16th around 1:30. Summerville on main street across from Berlin G Meyers road. Fed - ex would do better if they had more packing envelopes at their mail off offices. That cost me a lot of time but the employee was aces and very nice.”

“Today was a God sent. I have less than 12hrs to move and needed a storage to my items into. The manager Bret and Kayla were patient and assisted me with what I needed. I would recommend this company. The facility was well kept and organized. The storage unit was clean and access was convenient and easy. Thank you”
