“Wow salt of the earth these very special humans are.A couple of weeks ago now I was moving and a truck needed to be moved that was broken down in my drive way.Mark was amazing !!!!!! especially over the phone despite I was in panic mode and tears at the time.He was brilliant and calmed me down and found a gentleman to come and help me.Bradel came and with a lot of effort managed to get the broken down truck out of my drive way.Without these two special men I would not have been able to move house.Five Stars just doesn't seem enough.These are very valuable employees.WOW WOW WOW”

The quality of the work it’s top notch. This is not some Home Depot easy fix they took care of every single detail of your request and provide additional advice on what you need. Jeremy went above and beyond advocating for me with the insurance company—he was determined to make sure no corners were cut and that I got my car back exactly how it should be. I’m so grateful it was in such great hands. If I ever need repairs again, I’ll be returning to Platinum. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“I meant to leave this review in July. Great at what they do. The dispatch was quick and he had all the tools required to tow my car in the way it needed to be towed.I mentioned one of my wheels should not be turned because of FOD interference between the rotary assembly and the rim and instead of arguing, the driver promptly got the correct tools to do the job the way I asked it to be done. All while being very friendly.If I ever need a tow in SC I'll be sure to contact your team again.”

“Davis Towing is AMAZING!!!! From my initial phone call until I was back on the road the service was excellent. I called at 3:02pm. Troy confirmed he was about 20 minutes away at 3:14pm and at 3:42pm I was on the road. Not to mention it was pouring down rain. Thankfully all that was needed was for the corrosion to be cleaned off of the battery connection. Being a somewhat elderly person I don’t know these things. Troy was the best. He was so polite and friendly and truly put me at ease. He even asked me to text him to let him know I got home safely that my friends is someone who truly cares about people. I will also be posting a picture of their business card and my experience on my Facebook page to let all of my friends know about Davis towing. Oh and the icing on the cake was they didn’t charge me the full fee for a jump…now that’s true customer service. Thank you again Troy and Davis Towing you have a life long customer here”
