They gave me a quoted arrival time of about 30 minutes — I was pleasantly surprised when their truck showed up closer to 25 minutes. The driver, Mike, was courteous, helpful, and clearly experienced. “Fair warning, this place is old school and if that's not your style, this place probably isn't for you.
I had an excellent experience with Jeff's. I brought my car in for an estimate and Jeff provided a time frame and $ amount.
I dropped my car off and a week later Jeff finished the job. What Jeff quoted was exactly what I paid.
The process went exactly how I expected and I hope it would. He was able to take care of my car even though I didn't have an insurance claim.
5/5 stars, will be bringing my car here for any future needs.”
