“Wow salt of the earth these very special humans are.A couple of weeks ago now I was moving and a truck needed to be moved that was broken down in my drive way.Mark was amazing !!!!!! especially over the phone despite I was in panic mode and tears at the time.He was brilliant and calmed me down and found a gentleman to come and help me.Bradel came and with a lot of effort managed to get the broken down truck out of my drive way.Without these two special men I would not have been able to move house.Five Stars just doesn't seem enough.These are very valuable employees.WOW WOW WOW”

Jeremy went above and beyond advocating for me with the insurance company—he was determined to make sure no corners were cut and that I got my car back exactly how it should be. I’m so grateful it was in such great hands. If I ever need repairs again, I’ll be returning to Platinum. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“I had car trouble one evening around 8 PM while driving on Nexton Parkway, and I called Palmetto State Wrecker & Towing. They gave me a quoted arrival time of about 30 minutes — I was pleasantly surprised when their truck showed up closer to 25 minutes. The driver, Mike, was courteous, helpful, and clearly experienced. He hooked up my car quickly and towed me safely to my preferred repair shop”

“Fair warning, this place is old school and if that's not your style, this place probably isn't for you.
I had an excellent experience with Jeff's. I brought my car in for an estimate and Jeff provided a time frame and $ amount.
I dropped my car off and a week later Jeff finished the job. What Jeff quoted was exactly what I paid.
The process went exactly how I expected and I hope it would. He was able to take care of my car even though I didn't have an insurance claim.
5/5 stars, will be bringing my car here for any future needs.”

“Looking for a trustworthy Auto Repair Center, try the Ladson area Pauls Car Care Center. I try to do most of my automotive maintenance on my own, but there are moments when you dont have time or the skill set for some repairs. I ended up at this repair center not by choice, but in an effort to remedy issues created at a Summerville repair shop, see my reviews posted on Google. Bottom line, I went to the Ladson location upset with the world, expecting the usual repair shop confrontation, instead I was met with such professionalism and a very real concern for my dilemma. We may not have agreed on everything, but it was the overall environment of the shop that created an end result that was fair for everyone. Customer service at this location is amazing, the shop is clean, and Jaime the manager is an advocate for his maintenance team and your concerns.”
