Fortunately, after driving, most of the lights went off, but I still brought it in and they did a quick diagnostic check to find the problem. (completely unrelated to the car wash, timing was a fluke). I'm scheduled to go back and get some other work done later, but I will always remember they got me in when I really needed it.”

Avoids rain damage and part damage from other incidental removals. Super helpful and outgoing problem solvers who care. The best place to get your parts from. Just like going to a store to pick out what you want, lots to choose from, a detailed inventory and the prices are outstanding too.”

“I rate my first experience a 4. My son recommended Paul's so I decided to start with an oil change. Everything was good, i only had to schedule an appointment bc when I called on Thursday, gentleman said oil change is done on 1st come 1st serve basis. I was under impression that meant be the first one there without an appointment. Anyway please make an appointment to keep you from a second trip. Luckily I was off on Monday and was able to get work done. Took about an 1hr.”

“Very trustworthy place and owner. Luis has been in the business for decades and he and his crew know what they're doing; my car was fixed quickly and well as far as I can tell. He is also very kind, he waited with me and chatted with me for 15 minutes while I waited for a Lyft, then went out in the rain to flag down the Lyft and make sure I got into the car safely (I'm pregnant). When I picked up my car he had done a full wash, inside and out, and a small cosmetic fix for free. Excellent customer service, I will definitely go there again.”
