“I dropped my car off Sunday night after hours, and by Monday afternoon the repair was complete. Joe was super helpful and very direct. I didn’t feel talked down to or that I was being taken advantage of, which is a first for me. The price of the service was also very reasonable (ignition issues). They will definitely be my go-to mechanic from now on.”

“THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I had been trying to get my van looked at for months and was turned away due to “too many people ahead of me”. I reached out to FB after having the transmission looked at and being told it’s the engine. Randy reached out, explained the time, cost, and had me bring it in the next day. I was able to pick it up, and another issue I was worried about had been fixed, also! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I was in tears paying because I was so thankful for his kindness and help FINALLY fixing my van! Thank you!!!”

“I have a VW GLI and I wanted to disconnect the fake engine sound. I checked with several places to try to get this done, to no avail. Ottohaus took care of the problem in less than 15 minutes for me. These people know what to do when others don't. And to top it off, they're very nice people. - Michael H.”

“Looking for a trustworthy Auto Repair Center, try the Ladson area Pauls Car Care Center. I try to do most of my automotive maintenance on my own, but there are moments when you dont have time or the skill set for some repairs. I ended up at this repair center not by choice, but in an effort to remedy issues created at a Summerville repair shop, see my reviews posted on Google. Bottom line, I went to the Ladson location upset with the world, expecting the usual repair shop confrontation, instead I was met with such professionalism and a very real concern for my dilemma. We may not have agreed on everything, but it was the overall environment of the shop that created an end result that was fair for everyone. Customer service at this location is amazing, the shop is clean, and Jaime the manager is an advocate for his maintenance team and your concerns.”
