I didn’t feel talked down to or that I was being taken advantage of, which is a first for me. The price of the service was also very reasonable (ignition issues). They will definitely be my go-to mechanic from now on.”

The inspection notes were detailed and honest; no scare tactics were used, which are unfortunately all too common at repair shops. Jill, the service writer, provided quotes for everything, and I know the quotes are well below what the local Audi dealership would likely charge for the same jobs.

“Looking for a trustworthy Auto Repair Center, try the Ladson area Pauls Car Care Center. I try to do most of my automotive maintenance on my own, but there are moments when you dont have time or the skill set for some repairs. I ended up at this repair center not by choice, but in an effort to remedy issues created at a Summerville repair shop, see my reviews posted on Google. Bottom line, I went to the Ladson location upset with the world, expecting the usual repair shop confrontation, instead I was met with such professionalism and a very real concern for my dilemma. We may not have agreed on everything, but it was the overall environment of the shop that created an end result that was fair for everyone. Customer service at this location is amazing, the shop is clean, and Jaime the manager is an advocate for his maintenance team and your concerns.”

“RON IS THE MAN!!! give that man a raise!! Outstanding customer service. I called him on the phone. He said come on down (45 min drive for me) we will take care of you. He found the donut temp tire/jack kit I needed even changed up the wrench to a 4way to fit my car !!! Went the extra mile to take care of me!!!
