“clean and easy to access and the attendance onsite was super friendly and very knowledgeable a present experience ??Jim is the best and I can't say enough about him treating us like family I was sad to see him go to other properties but happy for him as well good luck and be blessed as for Jody the many that has took over well he is the reason I'm leaving and quite a few others as well its only been 3 weeks since Jim left and already the trash is overflow and all over grounds the place now has a bad smell there are some bug issues I have begun to see and I have had him put locks on my unit doors as if I had not payed than argued with me when I went up to see why locks were on it and I had paid it im never delinquent on my rent and has locked the dumpster so trash is everywhere and smells have I have 3 units here he is very rude and acts like he knows more than anyone yet like most that is like that they don't really know much at all I'm leaving and well sad to say in a few months he will probably take a nice 96 % property down to under 50 % but but Jim is at the Dorchester property so if you are looking for a good place there would be great or the other property across road from this one Tammy is site mang she is great to”

Front desk was amazing. Got my truck and trailer hooked up very quickly and ready for me, pulled it up front, too. Was very patient and polite with me, in my exhausted, pregnant state.
I had so much to do there like returning packing blankets from the uhaul moving boxes, getting a truck and trailer for my car, and set me up to transport my car. (If you transport your car through this place, I recommend calling this store in advance. This program is new and has some breaking in to do.)
They took my laundry list all in stride, and were very helpful! Hopefully the autoshare/car transport goes smoothly. Here's to hoping ?”

“Personally, I think all trucks need to be updated to have newer suspensions. The rides on the vehicles absolutely suck terrible experience with the ride alone, but the people at the location are excellent and friendly it’s already frustrating moving but when you break three TVs and you had padding down it makes thing even more frustrating, especially paying all the money for the trucks I shouldn’t have to worry about things breaking Especially because of the sucky suspension”

“Pick up: The gentleman at the pick up counter was amazing! He is friendly helpful and very diligent with his job. I watched him take care of several customers before me. Always with a smile on his face. And helped me as well. I believe his name was Mike!!
Drop off: The manager at the storage location where I am renting off of highway 35 (austin tx) was impeccable. He saw me get into a Bind where I could not back up the trailer and he helped me significantly. He was charming and sweet. Would a 100% refer my friends here.”
