“I needed a posterboard printed for a quick turnaround for an event in Fort Mill and I am out of state. Haresh at PostNet FM was so patient and helpful. He made sure the size document I had was correct and waited on the phone with me while I updated it and resent it to him a few times. They are so easy to work with, and I had the most pleasant experience with them. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you, Haresh!!”
“There was an issue with a package I sent being held at a UPS location across town after a failed delivery attempt that I was unable to retrieve. I did not have the best of luck with customer service so I went to the UPS store and explained my situation to Dee who went out of her way to drive across town after her shift to retrieve my package for me to come and pick up the next morning and ship again. You do not see service like this anymore! I am so grateful for her!! Thank you Dee!!”

“I needed assistance in getting a large clumsy package into the store. I called to request help and the staff here was helpful and courteous! They said all I needed to do was to call once I arrived. I arrived, called, and a staff member quickly came outside to wheel my package inside. Once inside, I was brought up to the counter right away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service and awesome staff!”

Amazing combination of gifts and skills considering the high level of detail they must be able to tend to while simultaneously being able to relate to whoever needs their help! Today while waiting for my daughter to send me a scan code for a return I had the pleasure of seeing Rachel greet, listen intently to, advise, clarify someone’s confusion, perform multiple tasks all while speaking kindly, patiently, and yet efficiently!! And Tine took care of my needs quickly while seeming at ease with my difficulty finding my credit card, etc. Kudos to these amazing women in particular and to those responsible for hiring them. Since finding this UPS I no longer dread such tasks, in fact I enter KNOWING I will have a positive experience!”
“I didn't need complicated services, but I still thought the employee who helped me was kind, efficient and competent. I had a package to ship, for which I had a shipping label, but it was in my email and I had also copied it onto a flash drive. The employee kindly printed out the shipping label from his computer for free so that I didn't have to find a printer in advance. He said that I could also email the label to him, but there's sometimes a lag with email, so much easier to print from a flash drive (hot tip - bring your label on a flash drive!). I went on a Tuesday morning, so there was only one person in line in front of me and she was just finishing up as I came up. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this location, especially those who need to ship things with a prepaid shipping label in electronic format. The store is small but looked like it was fully stocked with shipping materials behind the counter and a single computer station for printing services. The store is on the immediate left hand side of Walmart as you enter from the "Grocery" entrance of Walmart - the entrance closest to Publix.”

“There was no line of any sort i walked right up n was greeted very nicely he was very knowledgable n very polite n he didnt get frustrated with me at all in-fact i even had to run out to my car for my wallet for him to print the label its always a great experience to go to the ups store even if you wait you do not wait long they come from the back to all pitch in which is awesome”
