“It is probably never a good time to be looking for a collision repair center, accidents are stressful times for everyone. I have been really impressed with the service here, everyone was friendly and helpful and they let me know up front that my car was not likely to be worth repairing before doing and significant inspections and racking up charges for me, which I have seen happen at other shops. Chip especially was very understanding and helpful. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if I do I will be coming to metrolina for sure!”

I had an amazing experience with Ray Harris tow company I was far from where my car was located and couldn’t be there in person, but they still went out of their way to help. They offered to go pick up my car 4’me and even represent me to get it released , all for less than a grand !! Most tow companies were either trying to upcharge or not even pick up the car and within less than a day! The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. If you ever find yourself in a bind, I highly recommend calling Ray Harris tow company, they truly care and get the job done right and would 100% call them again !”

“The best part of our experience was how gracious Tony was towards us. My daughter originally contacted this garage for help getting a 20-foot U-Haul truck out of the mud. In the midst of me trying to help her over the phone, I told her to cancel because I thought I had a solution. That didn't work out. So, an hour later, I called Tony's garage to see if we could rebook. I have no doubt our indecision could cause some people to retalliate with rudeness. However, Tony, who came to pull the truck out, was gracious & kind. My daughter already felt terrible on a variety of levels. His willingness to help & calm demeanor helped turn the day around for her. It also showed her that you can screw up and there are still kind people in the world to help make up for the rude ones.Excellent customer service from Tony. This was our first time using Tony's Garage. I would use them again based solely on our interaction with him. It's also important to note that his rate was more than reasonable - FAR better than what U-Haul wanted to charge her. Plus, Tony's Garage has the right equipment. He came right out, towed it back to his lot for the night and was very kind. It’s not often that you find people willing to go above and beyond, and when it happens, it should be recognized.
