“Just moved to the area a month ago went in to ask about the dog wash, when we asked a young lady named Gabby for information, she let us know they didn't have that service there and that she thought 2 other stores did, we thanked her and continued to shop, literally about 10 minutes or so later she actually Tracked us down and gave us the locations of the stores that did have the pet wash and all the details, so wow great customer service and for someone of her generation to really step up, and care about her job and customer ? great stuff! Ty Gabby”

“It’s not often that I stop at this location because there is one close to my home, but I stopped today. October is breast cancer awareness month and I am a breast cancer survivor, so I was looking for breast cancer awareness items. I asked an employee for assistance and was told they don’t have breast cancer awareness merchandise BUT what Family Dollar does have at this location is a kind, warm- hearted employee. The items I was looking for prompted her to ask me if I am a survivor. She congratulated me and hugged me. I was so appreciative of the gesture. I cried happy tears then and I am crying happy tears now as I type. I didn’t get her name but she has long blonde hair. Today is Friday, September 22, 2023. I was in today around 3:00 p.m. Thank you sweet lady for your kindness and I will enjoy the candy. ?”

Jermarion in the garden department was so very nice and made my shopping experience way less stressful. He was stocking Christmas decorations, no other customers were around, and he stopped to answer a question. He offered to check out all my purchases there in the garden department. He was so kind and friendly. He is really an asset to that store.”

“Wished they had more open registers. The self check out can become a bit busy and congested, especially at certain times of the day. If you're trying to check out between 3:30 to 5 pm expect a line for checking out. There may be one MAYBE two tops as far as regular check outs with a person. Other than that it will be the self check out stations jammed packed with a line running all the way back for both during those times. I have been late somewhere bc I stood in line to self check for 25 minutes”
