“Friday night my air went out. I called maintenance and within 1 hour they showed up and it was fixed. There has been a few other minor issues over the last couple months and the service we get is absolutely the best. We LOVE this community and the management is above and beyond number 1 with taking care of the residents!! Bravo !!”
“Ovations is probably the best apartments on Columbia/Broad River/ St. Andrews area (and we all know how this area is). Beverly, who works in the office, has been so understanding and kind. She emails back promptly and takes care of any request that you have. There is a bat problem, I will not lie. However, anytime we have reached out regarding this problem, they haven taken care of it and kept us updated along the way. They have valet trash, which is a plus. I would say if you are thinking about moving over here, do it.”
“Everything at this apartment is up to my complete satisfaction. When there are repairs that need to be done, they come right out to fix them. This one bedroom apartment is the most spacious of any one bedroom apartment I have ever had. Neighbors are so friendly and nice.”
“This is one of the best maintained, income-based housing complexes I’ve seen around! The grounds are well kept by a friendly maintenance staff, the office staff is very helpful and attentive, and I love the fenced in area outside my patio door. Great for my little ones to play safely. Good job Carriage House!”
“We recently moved in and so far everything is amazing Adelina is the sweetest she was very helpful and patient with us, loved that she is bilingual!!! Felt right at home. Jamie the manager she is amazing looove her she moved super fast for us very loving. We put in a work order for our mail box to be fixed on Saturday we also asked for our sink to be fixed on Sunday and EVERYTHING was fixed with in 48 hours of our work order!!! New management rocks can’t wait to see all the amenities open this summer.”
